Two Illumina sequencing platforms (Hiseq2500 and NovaSeq6000) and 6 different types of sequencing flowcells are used at HitGen. It is very flexible because the sequencing capacity ranges from 115M to 6400M reads can be chosen based on your demands. The sequencing quality of average Q30≥85% and all the sequencing will be finished in less than two days.
